River Falls Venue & Lodges is a unique facility unlike any other in the Panhandle. We know that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and we take pride in helping make it one of the best.
When you book with us, you have the option of booking just the day or the entire weekend! This allows you to customize your wedding way beyond the standard 12 hour venue rental.

The Venue
Our Event Center is over 8,000 square feet and able to accommodate approximately 300 guests (or more depending on seating) indoors and over 300 outside. The main room features high ceilings with 6 large fans. The building is fully heated and air conditioned.
The food preparation area is ideal for caterers and florists complete with a tri-compartment sink, prep tables, storage shelves, a large refrigerator, ice machine, plenty of electrical outlets (20 amp), and a private entrance.
Each large restroom is beautifully finished-out and each is conveniently located next to it's coordinating bridal or groom suite with a private entrance.
The giant patio at the Event Center overlooks a stage and a beautifully landscaped area leading to a five acre pond. The patio is 3,000 square feet, half covered, and adorned with cafe lights and a beautiful stone fireplace with stone seating caps. There is another restroom located on the patio. The patio also has large ceiling fans and heaters that are available during the colder months.
A beautiful 8 feet by 8 feet wooden arch sits at the edge of the pond as one of our wonderful ceremony option. This area easily seats 350 guests.
the small event space
Our Small Event Space sits beside our three bedroom lodge and allows for a unique outdoor setup. It can host up to 100 guests indoors. The building has two large rooms for entertaining and dining, with a fireplace, a mounted TV, built in bar, spacious restrooms, and a simple yet roomy preparation area for your food.
The patio overlooks a small stream running across the lawn, the gazebo, a small pond, and a glimpse of the Palo Duro Canyon.
The ceremony spot
We have so many hidden gems that you can make as your backdrop for your special day. Between our 5 acre lake with an 8ft wooden arch or having a simple ceremony utilizing the canyon views. We know one thing is for sure you won't be disappointed in any of our locations!
Our two most popular spots are the gazebo that can seat approximately 240 guests. And our beautiful 8 feet by 8 feet wooden arch sits at the edge of the lake. This area easily seats 300 guests.
